With a career spanning over four decades, David Leadbetter has established himself as one of the most influential and successful golf coaches of all time. David’s journey began at a young age when he discovered his innate talent for the sport. His dedication, combined with an exceptional understanding of the game, led him to develop a unique approach to golf instruction that has revolutionized the way players learn and improve their skills.
Over the years, Leadbetter has worked with countless professional golfers, including multiple Major Champions and Ryder Cup team members. His expertise and innovative teaching methods have helped these players reach new levels of success and have earned him the reputation of being a “guru” in the golfing world.
What sets David Leadbetter apart is his ability to analyze and refine every aspect of a golfer’s game. He focuses not only on technical aspects but also on the mental and physical aspects of the sport. By emphasizing proper technique, course management, mental toughness, and physical fitness, Leadbetter provides a comprehensive approach to golf coaching that produces remarkable results.

Originally from Northern Ireland, Robin has been involved with the game of golf for more than 20 years. As an amateur, Robin won at all levels: county, national, and international, most notably helping Ireland to win the European Team Championship while representing Great Britain and Ireland.
Following his amateur career, Robin pursued his professional career playing in mini tours and regional tours with multiple invitations on European Tour. While competing, Robin achieved PGA Class A status, while also developing an interest in teaching. His teaching career has seen him gain experience in a number of different countries, including Ireland, England, Spain and Korea. In this time, Robin took students from juniors right through to lifting major championship trophies, and as a result, has developed a reputation as one of the leading instructors in the Leadbetter community.
Robin continues to give lessons to players of all skill levels, and helps lead GOLFZON Leadbetter Academy’s licensing and education areas from the company’s headquarters in Kissimmee, Florida.

Ben is responsible for running the GOLFZON Leadbetter business, leading efforts to advance the way golf instruction is delivered around the world. In 2022, he opened a new concept golf training business called GOLFZON Range by Leadbetter - blending technology and instruction to make it faster to learn golf. He is responsible for establishing new golf academies across Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America. He also founded Leadbetter Junior Golf - the world’s top junior golf academy, and GOLFZON Leadbetter Education – a comprehensive golf coaching and education platform.
Ben brings 20 years of expertise in marketing and commercial management of professional sports, specializing in golf, as well as Olympic Games, FIFA UEFA, EPL, NFL, F1, tennis, sailing, art, fashion and film.

Rick is a PGA Professional with a doctorate in Applied Sports Psychology, author of Golf: The Ultimate Mind Game, and the long-time coach of Collin Morikawa. He founded FlowCode to combine technical coaching with proven mental performance methods.

Tim Cusick became the Head Coach of the PGA Coaching Center at PGA Frisco in Frisco, Texas in March 2023. He will oversee and develop, breed and foster the coaching philosophy, as well as provide a high tech, data driven experience for its customers. The Coaching Center will offer industry leading experiences among three categories for Player Engagement: Coaching, Club Fitting and Golf Fitness.
Prior to overseeing the PGA Coaching Center, Tim was a member of the PGA Education Faculty. He was primarily responsible for the Teaching Coaching training and Career Track for PGA Associates and PGM University Students. Tim served in this role from September of 2020 till March 2023.
Tim has over 30 years of Coaching Golf in the Dallas Metroplex. He arrived in 1992 at the Hank Haney Golf Ranch in McKinney, Texas where he was Hank’s Director of Instruction. A position that he held until 2005. Along the way he also served as the Assistant Men’s Golf Coach for Southern Methodist University from 1993 – 1997. In 2005 Tim became the Director of Instruction at the award winning Four Seasons
Golf and Resort in Las Colinas, Texas where he oversaw the Byron Nelson Golf School. A position he held for 15 years until he joined the PGA of America’s
Education Faculty.
In 2014 Tim became a Quarter Century Member of the PGA of America. He achieved the status as PGA Master Professional in Teaching/Coaching in 2018, the highest accomplishment a PGA Professional can attain.
Golf Magazine recognized Tim as one of America’s Top 100 Instructors in 2019 and then again in 2021. He is a three-time winner of the Northern Texas PGA’s Teacher of the Year (2005, 2009 and 2015) as well as two-time winner of the NTPGA’s Professional Development Award (2014 and 2018). Tim has served as the NTPGA’s Awards Committee Chairman since 2021 and has been the Staff Liaison to the National PGA Teaching/Coaching Committee since 2020.
He is a published author, releasing his first golf instruction book, “The Four Keys to Improve your Game” in 2015.
