Ben is responsible for running the GOLFZON Leadbetter business, leading efforts to advance the way golf instruction is delivered around the world. In 2022, he opened a new concept golf training business called GOLFZON Range by Leadbetter - blending technology and instruction to make it faster to learn golf. He is responsible for establishing new golf academies across Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America. He also founded Leadbetter Junior Golf - the world’s top junior golf academy, and GOLFZON Leadbetter Education – a comprehensive golf coaching and education platform.

Ben brings 20 years of expertise in marketing and commercial management of professional sports, specializing in golf, as well as Olympic Games, FIFA UEFA, EPL, NFL, F1, tennis, sailing, art, fashion and film.
