Zoë joined The R&A as Development Manager for Europe in 2024. Previously, she worked for Wales Golf where, over the course of 15 years, she played a key role in shaping and influencing the development of the game across Wales. In her current role, Zoë works closely with European federations to support participation growth, strengthen development pathways, and drive sustainable growth of golf across emerging and established markets.
