With more than 25 years of experience blending innovation, analytics, and purpose, she leads ARCUS Marketing Group and Radius Sports Group, and founded BMP Hero and VRA Connect - platforms that make it easier for golf courses to measure, manage, and communicate their impact.

Her teams lead groundbreaking initiatives - from the New York Golf Economic & Environmental Impact Study to global efforts advancing best management practices in golf.

She earned her MBA from the University of Notre Dame, her BA from Michigan State University, and Certificate in Sustainable Energy Management from Presidio Graduate School.

Gina is a recognized thought leader on profit with purpose and sustainability, creator of the first-of-its-kind educational series Turfbusters, and a trusted voice shaping how golf measures and communicates its economic, environmental, and community impacts. She resides in Reno, Nevada, where she enjoys running, hiking, and fly- fishing.
