Simon Elsworth is Global Head of Syngenta Professional Solutions. Based at Syngenta’s Global Headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, Simon has over 30 years of industry experience spanning commercial, technical, marketing, and leadership roles. With a sharp focus on delivering value and solving customers problems, he has led the development of a business founded on R&D, with a portfolio of sustainable solutions which integrate a range of products and technologies.

Simon leads Syngenta’s global teams delivering new innovations and digital tools that help superintendents and course managers make smarter, data-driven decisions for the era of precision turf agronomy.

He holds a BSc in Agriculture from Edinburgh University and an MBA.
